If you take longer than 30 days to accumulate $300 in grocery purchase receipts, do you forfeit the $25 grocery card?

Yes, Your Pin Number may NOT BE RESOLD under any circumstances. We do offer an alternate reward program where you may trade in your Grocery Reward Pin Number for one of the available alternate rewards. Acceptance of one of our alternate rewards requires that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the alternate reward and agree to pay any fees, taxes or government charges that may be associated with the alternate reward you choose. Please contact us by email and we will provide you with an Alternative Reward List. All recipients must accumulate $300 in food purchases exclusive of any brand or grocery store coupons from a preselected grocery store of your choosing, and staple them to the coupon for that month.

If you take longer than 30 days to accumulate $300 in grocery purchase receipts can you just send in the certificate with your receipts as soon as you get to $300?

No. Due to the success of this program and the numbers of rewards being processed each month you are required to submit your receipts each month to be reviewed, so you would forfeit the $25 Gift card for that month and every month there after. Once again, if you don't spend $300 on groceries in a month, please see above.

Which grocery stores work with this program?

Our certificates can be redeemed at over 53 different grocery stores. See website for current list.

Why do I have to choose a certain grocery store?

In order for us to provide you with your grocery gift card, we have to know the grocery store of choice you use so we can provide you a gift card for the particular brand of grocery store you have selected. In some cases, if a gift card is not available for your selected store, we will substitute a major credit brand of gift card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) for you to use instead.

What is my Status?

Once you have registered and received your 1st grocery rebate coupon you are active. Until such time you are still considered pending. Online registration is always best, but you will not be losing any of your redemption certificates if you choose to register by mail, as your certificates are always dated for the month following your receipt date.

I registered and have not received anything?

If you have not received your coupons in the specified times above, please send us an email by clicking on the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page. Please include your Pin Number. Failure to include your Pin Number in your correspondence will preclude us from being able to assist you. Customer service will locate your membership record in our automated system and correct any information as it relates to your address to ensure that you receive your Grocery Reward Coupons and Gift Cards.

Why do you send my gift cards in $25 monthly increments?

By collecting receipts from the grocery store you have selected, we can prove that we are helping to establish brand loyalty to the grocery store chains and that you deserve to receive a gift card for your next grocery purchases. In addition to your grocery reward, while you are a member you will be automatically entered in weekly and monthly drawings for affiliate partner promotions provided by companies that want your business as well!

How do I register for your drawings?

Once you sign up online, or mail in the back of your Grocery Reward, you are automatically entered in every drawing held for both weekly and monthly prizes!

Does the $300 all have to be food purchases or can purchases
       inside the store for various other sundries count towards it
       too? Also can I use brand specific or store coupons towards
my food purchases?

The $300.00 spending requirement pertains to food only exclusively of any other coupon offers. Additionally, in store sundry purchases do not qualify. You may however use your Gift card for both in-store sundry purchases and food. You may not apply brand name or grocery store coupons to your purchases. This offer is not valid with any other coupons, rebates or store offers. We recommend that you have the store clerk ring those separately.

How long does this program last?

That depends on the value on your rebate reward. Simply divide your reward amount by 25 and the result will be the number of months you will be able to participate in the program. For example, a $100 certificate (100 divided by 25 = 4) would give you four months in our program.

If I get two Pin Numbers can I use one after the other?

No. You must register one grocery reward code and complete fulfillment on that code prior to registering any additional Pin Number you have received. Only one pin number per household per 18 month period. YOU MAY NOT SELL OR RESELL YOUR PIN NUMBER. THIS IS PROHIBITED BY THE RULES OF THE PROMOTION AND THE LAW.

If I get two grocery rewards can I use them at the same time?

How long is my Pin Number good for?

It must be activated with in 21 days of the issue date or it is void. If it is activated in the required time frame it is good until you have submitted all valid rebate coupons. All coupons must be redeemed with in 18 months of the issue date of the grocery reward.

Can I buy more Pin Numbers? Or certificates?

Pin Numbers are distributed by companies and businesses through media and their authorized representatives as "Rewards". They may not be purchased by individuals and may not be resold under any circumstances. Only one per household in a 18 month period. YOU MAY NOT SELL OR RESELL YOUR PIN NUMBER. THIS IS PROHIBITED BY THE RULES OF THE PROMOTION AND THE LAW.

Why do I have to purchase 300.00 in grocery ?

This is the minimum purchase requirement established by the program underwriters. Once again, we do offer an alternate reward program where you may trade in your Grocery Reward Pin Number for one of the available alternate rewards. Acceptance of an alternate reward requires that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the alternate and agree to pay any fees that may be associated with the alternate reward of your choice. Please contact us by email (click the 'contact us' link at the top of the page) and we will provide you with an Alternative Gift List. If you don’t drive and you have received a Grocery Reward Pin Number the Alternate Reward List would be of value to you. All recipients must accumulate $300 in food purchase from the preselected grocery of your choosing, and staple them to the rebate certificate for that month.

What hours is customer service open?

Customer Service can be reached 24 hours a day by email (click contact us at the top of the page). We will respond to your request within 24 hours. Once you have returned your first redemption coupon along with $300 in original receipts, you will receive a Toll Free phone number for contact with a live agent for your other service needs. Customer Service is available 8:30am to 4:30pm EST Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
